These Official Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are established by Fluxis Games Inc (the "Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"). They regulate all sweepstakes promotions hosted by the Sponsor and must be read alongside the relevant Terms of Use, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
1. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN
Participation and eligibility to win do not require any purchase, payment, or financial commitment of any kind.Making a purchase or paying any fee will in no way enhance a participant's likelihood of winning a prize.
2. SPONSOR DETAILS & AUTHORITY
The sweepstakes is sponsored by Fluxis Games Inc. All Sponsor decisions related to sweepstakes administration, participant eligibility, prize structure, prize valuation, and interpretation of these Terms are final and binding on all participants in all matters concerning the sweepstakes.Each individual game spin qualifies as a distinct sweepstakes event ("Sweepstakes Period"), commencing when the spin is activated and concluding when the outcome is displayed.
3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
3.1 Eligible Participants
The sweepstakes is open exclusively to "Qualified Participants"—individuals who meet both of the following requirements:
Maintain legal residency in the Approved Territories (as defined below);
Are at least 21 years of age, or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever is older), at the time of entry.
3.2 Approved Territories
The "Approved Territories" consist of the United States, excluding the following states: Connecticut, California, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Washington, and West Virginia. Participation is prohibited where restricted by law. Each participant bears sole responsibility for confirming the legality of their participation in their respective jurisdiction.
3.3 Ineligible Individuals
The following individuals are not permitted to participate:
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and any entities involved in sweepstakes development or administration;
Immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) and household members of the above-listed individuals, regardless of whether they reside together.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By entering the sweepstakes, each participant:
Unconditionally consents to be bound by these Terms and all Sponsor decisions;
Recognizes that winning a prize is dependent on meeting all eligibility, verification, and compliance requirements outlined herein.
5. SWEEPSTAKES COINS OVERVIEW
"Sweepstakes Coins" are promotional entry units designed for entertainment purposes—they can be used to play eligible promotional games, with the chance to win additional Sweepstakes Coins that may be redeemed for prizes in accordance with these Terms.Key provisions for Sweepstakes Coins:
No cash value;
Non-transferable between participants;
May not be sold, traded, or exchanged for monetary value.
6. WAYS TO EARN SWEEPSTAKES COINS
To earn and use Sweepstakes Coins, participants must first create a free account on the platform.Qualified Participants can obtain Sweepstakes Coins through the following authorized methods:
a. Daily Login Bonus
Participants may claim one (1) daily bonus every 24 hours by logging into their account and selecting the designated login reward option.
b. Mobile Number Verification Incentive
During the registration process, participants who verify their mobile phone number may receive Sweepstakes Coins. The exact number of coins awarded is determined solely by the Sponsor.
c. In-Platform Challenge Rewards
Sweepstakes Coins may be granted to participants who complete specific tasks or challenges featured within the platform.
d. Alternative Entry Methods ("AMOE")
To uphold the "no purchase necessary" requirement, the Sponsor offers free Alternative Entry Methods ("AMOE"). Entries submitted via AMOE have identical winning odds to entries obtained through other permitted methods.Critical AMOE rules:
Entries must be submitted personally by the participant;
Automated submissions, third-party entries, or mechanically reproduced entries are invalid and will be disqualified.
ⅰ. Postal AMOE Process
Step 1: Prepare Required Materials: Participants must handwrite the following information on a plain 4" x 6" white card (no lines, no decorations):
Full legal name (as it appears on a valid government-issued ID);
Residential address linked to the participant's account;
Email address registered with the participant's account;
Unique Postal Request Code (available within the participant's account);
The exact statement: "I wish to receive Sweepstakes Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions. I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and the Official Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions."
Step 2: Mailing Guidelines
Place the handwritten card in a standard envelope;
Clearly handwrite "Sweepstakes Entry Request" on the front of the envelope.
Postal Entry Rules
Each envelope may contain only one (1) request card;
Typed, photocopied, or mechanically reproduced requests are void;
Bulk mailings (multiple requests in one envelope) are not allowed;
Illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate requests will be rejected;
The Sponsor is not liable for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail.
Mail the completed request to: 200 Continental Drive, Suite 401, Newark, DE 19713, USA. Each valid postal request will result in 0.2 Sweepstakes Coins credited to the participant's account.
ⅱ. Online AMOE Process
Participants may request access to an online AMOE submission form by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Access is subject to Sponsor approval and compliance with provided instructions.
e. Promotional Campaign Rewards
Sweepstakes Coins may be awarded to participants who engage with selected promotional content, applications, or activities as specified by the Sponsor.
Prohibited Practices: Automated entries, use of bots, third-party services, or any fraudulent activity to obtain Sweepstakes Coins are strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate disqualification from the sweepstakes.
AMOE Coin Terms: Sweepstakes Coins obtained through AMOE:
Have the same winning odds as coins from other methods;
Are subject to the same gameplay, redemption, verification, and compliance rules;
Require no purchase, payment, or consideration of any kind.
7. USAGE OF SWEEPSTAKES COINS
Sweepstakes Coins may be used to participate in eligible promotional games on the platform. Coins won through gameplay may be eligible for redemption, provided all Terms are met.The Sponsor retains the right to adjust game odds or Return to Player (RTP) percentages at its discretion, with the exception that no changes will be made during an active game spin. RTP reflects a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee individual game outcomes.
8. WINNER VERIFICATION PROCESS
All potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor.An on-screen notification of a win is not an official confirmation of prize entitlement.
Required Documentation: Potential winners may be required to complete and return the following documents within a specified timeframe:
Affidavit of Eligibility;
Liability Release Form;
Publicity Release Form (where legally allowable).
Failure to submit the required documentation or comply with verification procedures will result in the prize being forfeited.
9. PRIZES & REDEMPTION TERMS
Only "Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins" (coins that have been used in at least one promotional game) may be applied toward prize redemption.
9.1 Cash Prizes
Eligible participants may redeem Sweepstakes Coins for cash at a rate of USD $1 per coin. Redemption is subject to minimum coin thresholds and applicable processing fees.
9.2 Gift Card Prizes
Gift cards may be redeemed at a rate equivalent to USD $1 per Sweepstakes Coin, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective gift card issuer.
9.3 Tax Responsibilities
All federal, state, local, and international taxes, as well as any fees associated with prize receipt and redemption, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor will issue appropriate tax documentation as required by law.
10. PAYMENT & VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Prior to processing any redemption request:
The name associated with the payment method must match the account holder's name;
All identity, age, and compliance verification checks must be successfully completed;
Prizes will only be paid to accounts registered in the winner's legal name.
Redemption Limits: Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) redemption request every 48 hours.
11. JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Certain jurisdictions impose additional obligations for sweepstakes participation, including but not limited to:
Florida & New York: Registration and bonding are required for prizes exceeding USD $5,000;
Rhode Island: Registration is required for retail promotions with prizes exceeding USD $500;
Puerto Rico: Participation is subject to local regulatory approval.
Non-compliance with jurisdiction-specific requirements will render participation void in that jurisdiction.
12. RELEASE & LIABILITY LIMITATION
By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their respective employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the sweepstakes, acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, or any related activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sponsor shall not be liable for:
Technical errors, system failures, or interruptions;
Lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries;
Any damages or losses resulting from participant's access to or use of the platform.
13. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other circumstance threatens the integrity or fair operation of the sweepstakes.Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.Continued participation in the sweepstakes following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
